(REGULATION 1.03, REGULATION 1.15G, REGULATION 1.17, REGULATION 1.20B, PARAGRAPH 1.20CB(1)(i), SUBREGULATION 1.20G(2), SUB-SUBPARAGRAPH 1.20GA(1)(a)(i), SUBREGULATION 1.20N(4), PARAGRAPHS 1.20UC(4)(a) and(b), SUB-SUB-SUBPARAGRAPH 1205(2)(a)(ii)(B), SUB-SUBPARAGRAPHS 1205(3)(c)(i), (ii), and (iii) and PARAGRAPH 1220(3)(b))

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under regulation 1.20B, subparagraph 1.20CB(1)(i), subregulation 1.20G(2), sub-subparagraph 1.20GA(1)(a)(i), subregulation 1.20N(4), paragraphs 1.20UC(4)(a) and (b) of Part 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’); 1205(3)(c)(i), (ii), and (iii), sub-sub-subparagraph 1205(2)(a)(ii)(B), and paragraph 1220B(3)(b) of Schedule 1 to the of the Regulations:

1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 08/052, signed on 12 July 2008, specifying post office box address, address for courier delivery and facsimile number for the purposes of subparagraphs 1205(3)(c)(i), (ii), and (iii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.

2.                   REVOKE Instrument IMMI 09/048, signed on 16 June 2009, specifying the minimum salary levels and occupations for the temporary business long stay visa notice for the purposes of regulation 1.20B, paragraph 1.20CB(1)(i), subregulation 1.20G(2) and subparagraph 1.20GA(1)(a)(i) of Part 1 of the Regulations.

3.                   REVOKE Instrument IMMI 09/016, signed on 15 March 2009, specifying post office address, address for courier delivery and facsimile number for the purposes of subregulation 1.20N(4) of Part 1 of and paragraph 1220B(3)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.

4.                   REVOKE Instrument SGN 352, signed on 23 August 2004, specifying the post office box address and address for courier delivery for the purposes of paragraphs 1.20UC(4)(a) and (b) of Part 1 of the Regulations.

5.                   REVOKE Instrument IMMI 05/066, signed on 28 November 2005, specifying the non-commercial festivals for the purposes of sub-subparagraph 1205(2)(a)(ii)(B) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations which relates to the Subclass 420 (Entertainment) visa.

This instrument, IMMI 09/105, commences on 13 September 2009 at 23:59.
