I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraphs 2.72(10)(a) and 2.72I(5)(b) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 09/094 signed on 10 September 2009; AND

2. SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 2.72(10)(a) of the Regulations, the occupations listed at Schedule A for Subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay)) visas; AND

3. SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 2.72I(5)(b) of the Regulations, that the nominated occupational training in respect of a Subclass 442 (Occupational Trainee) visa must be in relation to an occupation listed at Schedule A or Schedule B.

This instrument, IMMI 09/125, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

Tasks include:

- designing and maintaining database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries and naming conventions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data master files

- performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls

- implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies and procedures
