INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION

(Paragraph 459.214(c))

I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 459.214(c) Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) hereby REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 10/092 signed on 1 February 2011, specifying Organisations that may Sponsor Short Stay Business Visitors.

This instrument, IMMI 13/035 commences on 23 March 2013 immediately after the commencement of Migration Amendment Regulation (No. 1).
