FORMS FOR THE TEMPORARY GRADUATE (SUBCLASS 485) VISA

(Subitem 1229(1))

I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subitem 1229(1) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) SPECIFY for the purposes of subitem 1229(1) of the Regulations that applications for subclass 485 visas must be made using the following forms:

(a)               Form 1409; or

(b)               Form 1276 (Internet).

This Instrument, IMMI 13/014, commences on 23 March 2013, immediately after the commencement of Migration Legislation Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).
