I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under regulation 5.34D of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
- REVOKE Instrument IMMI 12/013 signed on 1 March 2012 specifying prescribed bodies for the purposes of regulation 5.34D of the Regulations; AND
2. SPECIFY each body listed in the attached schedule as a prescribed body for the purposes of regulation 5.34D of the Regulations.
This Instrument, IMMI 13/048, commences on1 July 2013.
