CLASS OF PERSONS

(Paragraph 1231(1)(a))

I, SOPHIE MONTGOMERY, Assistant Secretary, Education, Tourism and International Arrangements Branch, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1231(1)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 1231(1)(a) of the Regulations that either form 1400 or 1400 (Internet) must be used by persons applying for a Subclass 400 (Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity)) visa who hold a passport issued by a country specified in column 2 of Schedule A and subject to the conditions (if any) specified in column 3 of Schedule A.

This Instrument, IMMI 13/012, commences on 1 July 2013.
