GRANTING OF PROTECTION CLASS XA VISAS IN 2013/2014 FINANCIAL YEAR

(Section 85)

I, SCOTT MORRISON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under section 85 of the Migration Act 1958 (‘the Act’) DETERMINE that the maximum number of Protection (Class XA) visas that may be granted in the financial year 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014 is 1650.

This instrument, IMMI 13/156, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
