CLASS OF PERSONS

(Subparagraph 1236(2)(a)(iv))

I, SCOTT MORRISON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subparagraph 1236(2)(a)(iv) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) hereby specify for the purposes of subparagraph 1236(2)(a)(iv), each person applying for a Subclass 600  (Tourist Stream) visa, the following classes of persons:

• Members of the family unit, as defined in subregulation 1.12(1) of the Regulations; OR
• Representatives of the family, approved by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs; OR
• Representatives of the family, approved by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and Malaysian Airlines

of passengers and crew on board Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 (aircraft registration 9M-MRO).

This Instrument, IMMI 14/032 commences the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
