I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraphs 2.12C(5)(a) and 2.12C(5)(c) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

  1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 13/068, (F2013L01047), signed on 13 June 2013, specifying a subsequent temporary application charge for visas listed for paragraph 2.12C(5)(a) and paragraph 2.12C(5)(c) of the Regulations; AND
     
  2. SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 2.12C(5)(a) of the Regulations the visas listed in Schedule 1 to this Instrument; AND

2. SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 2.12C(5)(c) of the Regulations the visas listed in Schedule 2 to this Instrument.

This Instrument, IMMI 14/091 commences on 23 November 2014.
