I, SOPHIE MONTGOMERY, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under item 1224A of Schedule 1 and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
- REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 14/025, (F2014L01064), signed on 31 July 2014, specifying foreign countries, educational qualifications and addresses for the purposes of item 1224A of Schedule 1 to the Regulations and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
2. SPECIFY for paragraph 1224A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following foreign countries AND SPECIFY for paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations the educational qualifications in relation to the corresponding specified foreign country:
