CLASS OF PERSONS 2016/032

(Sub-subparagraph 1234(2)(a)(v)(A))

I, JUDITH O’NEILL, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under sub-subparagraph 1234(2)(a)(v)(A) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 13/080 (F2013L01232), Class of Persons, signed on
   28 June 2013; and
2. SPECIFY for the purposes of sub-subparagraph 1234(2)(a)(v)(A) of the Regulations, the following classes of persons:
   1. Fulbright Scholars of the United States of America; or
   2. participants of the Pacific Microstates – Northern Australia Worker Pilot Programme.

This Instrument Class of Persons 2016/032, IMMI 16/032 commences on 1 May 2016.
