INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION 2016/038

(Subsection 33(3))

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (the Act):

  1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/017 (F2014L00321), Classes of Persons, for subitem 1222(1) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) signed on 16 March 2014; and
  2. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/045 (F2014L00756), Classes of Persons, for paragraph 1222(3)(aa) of the Regulations, signed on 13 June 2014; and
  3. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/046 (F2014L00757), Classes of Persons, for subparagraph 1222(1)(aa)(ii) of the Regulations, signed on 13 June 2014; and
  4. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/067 (F2014L01028), Post Office Box and Courier Addresses, for paragraph 1222(3)(aa) of the Regulations.

This Instrument, Instrument of Revocation 2016/038, IMMI 16/038 commences on 1 July 2016.
