SPECIFICATION OF ACTIVITIES 2016/075

(Paragraph 5.19E(6)(a))

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under
paragraph 5.19E(6)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) SPECIFY the following activities for the purposes of paragraph 5.19E(2)(b):

a)      establishing, purchasing, investing or acquiring an interest in:

1. a labour hire entity; or
2. residential real property;

b)     purchasing, investing or acquiring an interest in an existing entity (including a franchise).

This Instrument commences immediately after the commencement of the Migration Amendment (Entrepreneur Visas and Other Measures) Regulation 2016.
