1  Name

This instrument is the Migration (IMMI 17/079: Repeal of Tests, Scores, Period, Level of Salary and Exemptions to the English Language Requirement for Subclass 457 (Temporary Work (Skilled)) Visas 2015 (IMMI 15/028)) Instrument 2017. This instrument may also be cited as IMMI 17/079.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 July 2017.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subparagraph 2.72(10)(g)(iv) of the Regulations, and paragraph 457.223(4)(eb), paragraph 457.223(6)(a), and subclause 457.223(11) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994.

5  Schedules

  Each instrument specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

6  Purpose

This instrument repeals Tests, Scores, Period, Level of Salary and Exemptions to the English Language Requirement for Subclass 457 (Temporary Work (Skilled)) Visas 2015 (IMMI 15/028).
