1.          Name

1.       This instrument is the Migration (IMMI 17/126: Impairment Rating) Instrument 2017.
2.       This instrument may be cited as IMMI 17/126.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under paragraph 1.15AA(1)(c) of the Regulations.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Regulations means Migration Regulations 1994.

5  Impairment Rating

  For the purposes of paragraph 1.15AA(1)(c) of the Regulations the impairment rating is 30.
