This instrument commences on 18 March 2018.

This instrument is made under regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is repealed or amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
