1  Name

1.            This instrument is the Migration (LIN 19/147: Arrangements for Sponsorship for Temporary Sponsored Parent Visa) Instrument 2019.
2.            This instrument may be cited as LIN 19/147.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences 17 April 2019.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under paragraphs 2.61A(4)(b) and (c) of the Regulations.

4  Definitions

Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Regulations.

In this instrument:

Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994.

Part 2 — Specified Arrangements for Application for Sponsorship for Temporary Sponsored Parent Visa

5  Specified form

For the purposes of paragraph 2.61A(3)(b), the specified form is Form 1501.

6  Specified fee

For the purpose of paragraph 2.61A(3)(c), the specified fee is $420AUD.
