Migration (Designated APEC Economy) Instrument (LIN 23/008) 2023

I, Andrew Giles, Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs, under the definition of designated APEC economy in regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994, specify each economy mentioned in Schedule 1 as a designated APEC economy.

This instrument is taken to have commenced on 2 October 2022.
