  This instrument is the Migration (IMMI 18/033: Specification of Income Threshold and Annual Earnings and Methodology of Annual Market Salary Rate) Amendment (LIN 24/052) Instrument 2024.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 July 2024.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under paragraph 2.72(15)(d) of the Migration Regulations 1994.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
