  This instrument is the Migration (IMMI 18/033: Specification of Income Threshold and Annual Earnings and Methodology of Annual Market Salary Rate) Amendment (Annual TSMIT Increase) Instrument 2025.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 July 2025.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under paragraph 2.72C(15)(d) of the Migration Regulations 1994.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

  The amendments made by Schedule 1 to the Migration (IMMI 18/033: Specification of Income Threshold and Annual Earnings and Methodology of Annual Market Salary Rate) Amendment (Annual TSMIT Increase) Instrument 2025 apply in relation to an application for the approval of a nomination made on or after 1 July 2025.
