1  Name

  This instrument is the Migration (Specification of Organisations) Instrument 2025.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under paragraph (b) of the definition of independent expert in regulation 1.21 of the Migration Regulations 1994.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994.

5  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

6  Specification of organisations

  LSC Psychology Pty Ltd (ABN 70 131 530 277) is specified as an organisation for the purposes of the definition of independent expert in regulation 1.21 of the Regulations.
