  This instrument is the Migration Legislation Amendment (Arrangements for Work and Holiday Visas—Luxembourg) Instrument 2026.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 3 June 2026.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subparagraph 1224A(3)(b)(iii) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994.
